Student Registration Information

Parents seeking to enroll their children in the Saddle Brook District for the 2008-2009 school year are reminded that Saddle Brook has initiated a two-step registration process. To be eligible for Kindergarten in Saddle Brook, children must be 5 years of age by October 1, 2008.

 
Step 1-  Parents/Guardians of all prospective students must first obtain a set of district enrollment forms from the Community School offices or they must be downloaded from here. Fill them out and present them in person at the Community School with the required 4 proofs of residence and your child’s original birth certificate with the raised seal or Passport.
 
Homeowners must provide at least one of the items in bold plus 3 additional proofs.
Tenants must provide item in bold plus 3 additional proofs.

Step 2 -   Parents/guardians of prospective students are asked to bring their “District Certification of Student Eligibility” to their appropriate school to complete the registration process. Please bring your child’s original birth certificate and immunization form at this time.
 
 
Step 3 -   Parents/guardians of prospective students are asked to fill out and submit additional forms based on school attending.
