Note: To be eligible for Kindergarten in Saddle Brook, children must be 5 years of age by October 1, 2013.

There will be NO change-over for AM or PM Kindergarten. Therefore, any requests for AM or PM may or may not be able to be granted.

Registration is a two-step process

 
Step 1 -

List of Required Items for Registration:

 

  Residency Form
  Parental Residency Assurance Statement
  Non-rent Paying Residency Affidavit ***IF APPLICABLE***


  • There is also a triplicate Student Registration Form to be completed upon registering.
·         Child’s original birth certificate
·         Four (4) Proofs of Residency:
If you own your home, all of the following documents are required:
*         Original Mortgage or Recorded Deed
*         Tax Bill-issued from the Town of Saddle Brook
*         Current Month Utility Bill/Bank Statement
*         Photo ID of Parent
If you rent, all of the following documents are required:
*         Current Signed Lease
*         Current Month Utility Bill
*         Bank/credit card Statement
*         Photo ID of Parent

 

Step 2 – Once proof of residency has been completed, you will be given a school-specific packet to complete.  You may then bring the following to the appropriate school:

·         Your completed school packet
·         “Student Registration Form” (the white form given to you when you prove your residency, signed by the District Representative)
·         Your child’s original birth certificate
·         Your child's immunization records
·         Your child's transfer card
